Problem Statement:
We are a 50+ Yrs offline coffee shop, but we are facing problems by only being patronized by older demographics and not younger demographics, in order to get the younger demographics also to patronize we have decided to have an online presence.
Solution Statement:
After consulting , We decided on creating an online community presence which entails a website and an app where our customers can make orders which will then be delivered by Oderin, our logistics partner. Our target users are the younger demographics from age 15-40years to be able to accesss it to be able to be a user.
